Unshipped Orders
If your order has not yet shipped, we offer a full, unconditional refund. Simply contact us before the item is shipped, and we will cancel the order and process the refund.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation while in transit. However, we offer the following return conditions:
For Unused Products
We support 30-day, no-questions-asked returns for unused products. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
- The product should not be damaged or altered in any way, and should be suitable for resale.
For Used Products
- We support 30-day returns with conditions for used products due to:
- Product defects or design flaws.
- Non-user damage, such as manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect or missing parts.
- Shipment errors.
To return a used product, customers must provide a clear reason for the return, along with evidence (such as photos or videos).
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Important:
- Customers are required to provide a tracking number for the returned package so we can track the shipment.
- If the return package is lost or delayed during transit, we cannot guarantee a timely refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Slushie machine,Juice machine and Ice maker related accessories, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns Due to Other Factors

Return Process
Before returning a product, customers must contact us at support@inovivalife.com to agree upon the return details. Returns made without prior agreement will not be eligible for a refund.

Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product experiences issues during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement for damaged or defective items.
